What type of warranty does Looboo offer?
	Looboo Display USA is committed to providing our dealers and their clients with quality, durable products. In support of this mission, we offer four types of limited warranties on our products. To process a warranty request contact warranty@looboodisplay.com. Hardware 5-Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers all hardware products(excluding casing and lighting). Under this warranty covered inspected hardware products that have been determined by Looboo Display USA to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the dealer. This inspection may be done through photos or videos or if needed by in-person review. If a hardware product is determined by Looboo Display USA to have defects, Looboo Display USA will reimburse or pay shipping costs associated with return of said hardware. Lighting 1-Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers all lighting products. Under this warranty covered inspected lighting products that have been determined by Looboo Display USA to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the dealer. This inspection may be done through photos or videos or if needed by in-person review. If a lighting product is determined by Looboo Display USA to have defects, Looboo Display USA will reimburse or pay shipping costs associated with return of said lighting product. Graphics 1-Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers all printed graphics. Under this warranty covered inspected graphics that have been determined by Looboo Display USA to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the dealer. This inspection may be done through photos or videos or if needed by in-person review. If a printed graphic is determined by Looboo Display USA to have defects, Looboo Display USA will reimburse or pay shipping costs associated with return of said graphic product. Casing 1-Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers all casing. Under this warranty covered inspected casing that has been determined by Looboo Display USA to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the dealer. This inspection may be done through photos or videos or if needed by in-person review. If a case is determined by Looboo Display USA to have defects, Looboo Display USA will reimburse or pay shipping costs associated with return of said case. Damage excluded from Limited Warranties Types of issues that are not covered by limited warranties include but are not limited to; improper use, standard wear and tear, damage from shipping, natural disasters, destruction, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized alteration, vandalism. Returns If you wish to return any hardware items for reasons other than warranty, Looboo Display USA reserves the right to conduct a full inspection of your returned items. Looboo Display USA will only accept returns of this nature on new, never-used hardware items. Looboo Display USA will not accept returns of wheeled ATA cases, wooden crates, or printed graphics. Looboo Display USA must be notified of these types of returns within 10 business days of receipt. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
